TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As the initial set up
for a web site is time consuming, a minimum non-refundable
deposit of $100 is required. Depending on size,
once all the information has been received, sites
are generally finished within one week. On completion
of your site the outstanding balance is required within
7 days. Your counter and email contact address
will not be included on the site until final payment
is made. If you require your website up and running
within days, this can be organised but may incur an
additional fee.
Your initial payment
covers 12 months of website maintenance. Either party
reserves the right to terminate the hosting agreement
at the anniversary of the site. If for any reason
you decide to terminate the agreement at any time
prior to the anniversary of the site, no refund will
be paid.
An annual
maintenance fee applies at the anniversary of your
site. This is one-quarter of the initial cost of either
the bronze, silver or gold site, depending on which
one you have chosen, i.e. if you have a gold level
site, costing $400 and completed on 1 June 2001, the
maintenance fee of $100 is due on 1 June 2002. This
maintenance fee allows you updates and minor
additions when necessary. It does not
cover a complete remake/overhaul of your site.
Over a period of time this annual maintenance fee
may rise to keep pace with inflation. Any price rise
will be kept to a minimum and will not exceed one-quarter
of the current cost of setting up a website.

Should
you have NO changes to your site from one year to
the next, only a small $20 annual fee will be charged
to cover hosting and file storage. This is at
the discretion of Alltopdogs based on file update
information.
If you wish to host your
site yourself, files can be supplied at a small charge
to cover postage and handling. If this is requested
after the first anniversary of your site, a pro-rate
fee for updates already completed will apply.
I use only tried and
tested web hosts for my sites, however I am not responsible
for any losses incurred in the event of a server being
temporarily unavailable.
After completion, I will
optimise your site using keywords and metatags, which
can help your rankings with search engines. I'll submit
your site to major search engines, however, I cannot
guarantee your site will be listed. Once you have
your new web address, if you use it in your advertising,
business cards and stationery, before long, your site
will be known. I will also give you an easy way to
submit your site to search engines yourself, as it
can take multiple submissions before it starts to
make an appearance.
We reserve the right
to change rates and terms and conditions, including
Loyalty program, at any time.
LOYALTY PROGRAM
By
recommending Alltopdogs Website Design to your friends,
you can earn credits towards your annual maintenance
fee. For each recommendation that results
in a fully paid website of $200 or more, you will
receive a 5% credit off your annual maintenance fee.

ONLY CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN AGAINST YOUR MAINTENANCE
FEE.

GREAT JOB AND RECOMMEND SO MANY PEOPLE THAT IT RESULTS
IN YOU GETTING MORE CREDIT THAN YOUR MAINTENANCE FEE
IS WORTH, YOU'LL GET A REALLY BIG THANK YOU AND A
CHRISTMAS CARD, BUT YOU WON'T GET ADDITONAL CASH AND
ANY ADDITIONAL CREDITS OVER AND ABOVE THE COST OF
YOUR MAINTENANCE FEE WILL NOT BE ROLLED OVER TO THE
FOLLOWING YEAR.
4) TO QUALIFY FOR A CREDIT, ANY NEW RECOMMENDED CLIENT'S
